Waite-Smith 塔罗（1909）
The Tower
The Tower is struck by lightning, its crown toppling, two figures falling. It is the card of sudden collapse — the structure that was never as safe as it looked.

这张牌在做什么
It represents the shattering that clears a false foundation. It appears when what falls was due to fall. The pain is real; the opening afterward is the point.
文化与传统的读法
In the traditional reading the Tower is misery, calamity and unforeseen catastrophe. It has long been read as ruin and deception, and by reversal as oppression or imprisonment. The lightning is impersonal; it reveals, then removes.
取决于你当时的感受
- If something broke: the lie it was built on is gone.
- If you feel exposed: the fall is also a clearing.
- If you are bracing: what cannot stand will not stand.
值得想一想的几个问题
- What in your life was stable only by pretending?
- What did the collapse make possible?
- Are you rebuilding the same tower?
常见问题
Is the Tower always disaster?
It is sudden upheaval, often painful — but it topples what was false. Many readers see it as a brutal, necessary clearing.
Tower vs Death?
Death is a natural ending; the Tower is an abrupt one. Both remove what blocks the next thing, but the Tower does it by shock.
